Last Saturday, November 15th, Parc Central joined the international Movember movement, an initiative promoting men’s health and the prevention of prostate and testicular cancer, with a meaningful and energetic event: MOVEMBAR.
During the afternoon, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the upper floor (in front of H&M) turned into a solidarity hub where two barbers offered shaves and haircuts for a minimum donation of €5, fully donated to the Tarragona Cancer Association (AECC).
The atmosphere was exceptional, with live music, smiles, and the participation of many visitors who wanted to contribute to this important cause. It was a unique and positive day that proved how small actions can create a big impact

These funds have supported the creation of medical registries, psychological support programs and campaigns that promote early detection and emotional support for men going through difficult times.
Movember will continue to be a pioneer in cutting-edge research and treatments, advocating for inclusive healthcare systems tailored to the needs of all individuals, regardless of gender or background.
Its mission is to build a future where stigma disappears and everyone has the opportunity to live a long, healthy and fulfilling life.
